• Route: Drivers will take the most efficient route to the destination unless otherwise instructed by the passenger.

6. Vehicle Condition

• Maintenance: All vehicles are regularly maintained to ensure safety and comfort.
• Cleanliness: Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized regularly to maintain hygiene standards.

7. Liability

• Accidents: In the event of an accident, AsianTour & Travel will not be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred by passengers.
• Force Majeure: AsianTour & Travel will not be responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
